For orders with total weight of less than 1 kg, we process your orders as individual items.

(ii) Shipment methods:

Individual items are sent via the very reliable international airmail service by the Hong Kong Post Office. http://hongkongpost.com

It normally takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 4 weeks. For reliable express shipment, you can choose EMS/DHL as your shipping option at a higher shipping charge. Normally you should receive the products in 4 to 8 days.

(iv) Shipping insurance
Like all major e-commerce companies, we are not responsible for individual items lost in transit. Optional insurance is offered for $1.99 USD (Worldwide)
for each item, in which case we will guarantee arrival of your purchased goods.

Bulk orders
For orders with total quantity of over 20 items and amount over $60 USD, we process your orders as a bulk order.
